No didn't see anything
Billy, would it be possible to start a buy me a coffee so Ryan can buy some tools?
2 words for you Billy KNEE PADS to protect your knees😊.
I can almost smell the welding! My dad was a welder and was still doing it until he was your dads age!❤❤
I'm really behind on your videos! Hope to catch up soon. Everything is coming along so beautifully ❤❤
❤
That was some great videography work for having to do all of that yourself and then also work.
I’m speechless , what a beautiful building . I adore France . Many congratulations on your amazing path 😊
Looking beautiful.
I love learning from Simon’s tips.
Now we need the noggins video from Ryan ,in his 15.000k house.
Yay! 👏👏🥰
Here in Canada we call your noggins blocking. I had to look it up 🧐. Not that tearing things apart is not interesting, but putting it back together is exciting! I can’t wait to see the progress each video.
What a long journey! How do you stay so motivated after all this time?
WONDERFUL
Simon is great at teaching it is a wonderful talent that few people have….including teachers.
I feel like 4:38 the mold in the stairwells have gotten worse since you started…I have been racing through these videos for a couple months trying to get caught up so it’s fresh in my mind but is there an issue with moisture in the halls?
it’s been cleaned with white vinegar so it’s a bit smeary!
@@ThePethericks ok, I was just curious, thinking what you might find there when you start renovating those areas. I finally caught up on all the videos and I am a bit sad I have to wait for one to come out each time now lol but can’t wait to see that library finished! Thanks for answering!
It’s so exciting how quickly this gets put together…I feel like it’s so much faster than any other project you have done. 6:01
Not sure where you got Yanis from ! But keep him ! He is a real worker and so versatile 🤔👍🏻
It is really coming to life now, amazing
This gives me so much hope and joy for the future when the younger generations respect the architectural heritage of the place where they live and want to restore it. Multiple generations are involved in this project and it gladdens my heart to see it all coming together with all the generations working together for future generations to enjoy and appreciate. I truly believe that Billy is a man possessed! Possessed with talent to restore a chateau and then turn his hand to an abandoned convent to give it a second life. I’m sure he’s a modern man in some aspects, but he most certainly is a man that reveres the past, the love of his chateau home, his love of antiques and the restoration of this 18th C convent. I love this channel. I love the teamship, the respect for each other and their strengths and the reverence they hold for the building. It’s a joy to watch the progress, not that I’m ever going to use what I’ve learnt in these videos but is a joy and an education in building , teamwork and respect that I’m enjoying the most. Keep doing what you do Billy and all your large group of mates. Please keep amazing us with what you do and we will keep following you and your progress. With love to the team from Neil in Australia 🇦🇺
Those new doors are beautiful for the convent. This is going to be truly grand when completed. Have a great day
👍🤩❤️
🇨🇦👋 Quite beautiful work! Anyone watching this, will feel comfortable walking out into this completed library!
Very exciting
Fantastic floor job! Your dad was quite proud of his stone work as he should be. Well done team!
🌻
Have you considered adding an art gallery somewhere? Or offering artist/writer residencies in the future? Such a beautiful place to work, I’d definitely apply!

It´s fantastic to work on the project with your family and friends, so warm and inspiring atmosphere in your videos.
Renovations stir up spirits
What are you doing?
Wow wow wow the kitchen looks magnificent Billy the workmanship is second to none! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Honestly the local government should have snapped this up and turned it into affordable flats.. but of course they didn't because the French love to abandon buildings and let them crumble into dust. Anyway you guys have done a great cleanup.
its funny how all the enligshmen are making are making floors in old french buildings
Yanis did learn well from Simon, but his workmanship is his own otherwise you wouldnt have him there. Bring yourself up to a more positive stance billy.
the stone work under the window looks amazing! Have a Great Weekend everyone! (if we don't see you sooner)
All your work shows ,as my late husband always said , that planning and having the right tools and equipment for a job makes all the difference, and having great workers too ! 😊
